Take the Ulriken Cable Car to the top of Mount Ulriken and enjoy spectacular views. Take the cable car up at any time before your reservation if you would like to spend some time outside or take a small hike before dinner. Enjoy a set 5-course seasonal dinner at Skyskraperen Restaurant at Mount Ulriken. The menu changes along with the different times of the year. Inspired by Norwegian nature, tradition, and the changing weather of the west coast, each season presents new menus with the kitchen's own local twists.
