Description
The tour begins with a comfortable minibus ride east from Bergen through a winter landscape. A stop in the village of Dale offers a 20-minute break for hot coffee, snacks, and restroom use before continuing to the Tvindefossen waterfall, an impressive sight in winter.
Next, participants board an electric cruise vessel in Gudvangen, gliding quietly for two hours through the icy Nærøyfjord to Flåm. There is a 30 to 45-minute break in Flåm for lunch and sightseeing. A local guide meets the group before the drive continues to Aurland.
From Aurland, the tour ascends to the Stegastein viewpoint. The platform extends 30 meters from the mountain at 650 meters above the fjord, providing expansive views of the surrounding snowy mountains. The route passes through the National Scenic Routes of Norway, offering ample opportunities to take photos. The return trip concludes in Bergen by 7:00 PM.
